Croatia
is blessed with a spectacular turquoise sea lapping along a
landscape of mostly untouched coastline, numerous inlets, bays
and medieval island towns all rising to a mountainous backdrop.
Our tour begins at the top of the Istrian peninsula, just
across the border in Slovenia in the seaside town Piran where
we spend our first two nights. As we head south into Croatia,
the tour combines the Italian influenced architecture with
the natural beauty of the countryside. We visit the seaside
towns dotted along the Croatian coastline before cycling through
the peninsula's most southern point, where we explore the
stunning National Park and coastline. Highlights of the tour
include such wonders of the UNESCO listed Basilica in Porec,
the wonderful Roman amphitheatre in Pula and the beautiful
Venetian fishing town of Rovinj. Memories to last a lifetime!
