Dublin Bay Safari
Nestling between the sea and mountains, Dublin has an unrivalled
setting the few get a chance to see! On this trip we explore
the genteel southside coast and the foothills of the Dublin
mountains.
We sweep along Dublin Bay with its charming Georgian sea front
and views across to Howth Head. The highlight of the tour
is probably the breathtaking views of Killiney Bay where the
rich and famous live in style.
This is a round trip tour which starts and finishes in our
bike shop on the campus of UCD. The tour should take between
4-5 hours and is mainly on quiet roads and cycle paths
Departs every Saturday at 10.00am from our bike shop in the
southside of the city; minimum number of cyclists for running
the guided tour is 10.
The price €25.00 per person includes bike
rental and guide who cycles with the group.
Can depart any day of the week (except Sunday) from 10.00am
from our bike shop in the southside of the city. The bikes
must be returned to our shop by 5.30pm Monday to Friday and
by 2.00pm on Saturday.
The price €20.00 per person includes bike
rental, maps and route details.
There is an option of paying a supplement of Euro 5.00 per
bike to leave your bikes in Dalkey and not to cycle back to
our shop. There is a train station in Dalkey that will bring
you back into the city centre.
