Our
safari of the Great Glen is a spectacular journey from Iverness,
the capital of the Highlands, to the bustling town of Perth
on the river Tay.
Our tour takes us along the shores of Loch Ness, where there
is the option to visit the Monster Exhibition Centre and the
ruined Urquhart Castle. We continue on our journey and enjoy
a day exploring Fort William where we can try some mountain
biking in the forest or climb the mighty Ben Nevis, Scotland’s
highest mountain. Cycling on dedicated paths and quiet forest
trails, we will enjoy magnificent Scottish scenery and will
also have a chance to see some of the abundant wildlife such
as red deer and golden eagles. Towards the end of the week
we cycle by the shores of the picturesque Lochs Rannoch and
Tummel to the delightful Victorian town of Pitlochry, before
finishing up all too soon in Perth.
We also have another guided tour in the Glens of Scotland
